Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall functionality and operations of network infrastructure, PC desktops, Notebooks and hardware peripherals
> Deployment of PC and Notebook to users
> Installation, maintenance and upgrading of IT hardware and software
> Troubleshooting all hardware peripherals
> Auditing of all PCs and Notebooks for software compliance for IT audit
> Checking backup jobs to Disaster Recovery Site
> Any other ad hoc duties or assignments as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
1. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
related disciplines
2. Familiarity with Windows systems and environments
3. Must have strong coordination and follow up skill
4. Good communication skills, independent and team player
5. Good problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
6. Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
7. Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided
