DESCRIPTION

1 YEAR CONTRACT (CONVERTIBLE)

Salary up to $3500

Shift Allowance $200

Working Days: 2 DAYS 2 REST & 2 NIGHTS 2 REST

Working Hours: 8am to 8pm, 8pm to 8am

Location: Ubi

JOB SCOPE

• Work closely with the helpdesk and project team to rectify and address reported faults
• Troubleshooting skills in resolving issues or escalate to established duty personnel
• Answer calls from Helpdesk, Project team members and also users to help resolve issues
• Monitor health of servers, external system interfaces and remote sites
• Basic debug on TCP connectivity
• Monitor and Backup of data
• Monitor of system health and availability
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors

REQUIREMENT

• Knowledge in Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Visual Studio is advantageous
