Job Summary:
- Basic up to $4500 (Depends on experience)
- $100 Transport Allowance
- Entitled for AWS + VB
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze, examine and handle application daily issues.
- Generate data, statistics, and reports from the application/ system.
- Monitoring, tracking, resolving and managing any incidents of the application/ system
- Responsible for application pilot testing and verification.
- Prepare project documentation and document base-lining.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma/Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in IT Operation, and application support
- Experience in Structured query language (SQL).
