Responsibilities:

Assist in the project management, coordination and support the IT Operation Team in new deployments and/or enhancement projects and ensuring that projects are executed to meet identified business needs and outcome
Track project deliverables to engage various key partners to ensure project are completed within schedules and quality standards, and monitor vendors/contractors works to ensure that they adhere to SOP
Interface and work with vendors/contractors as well as internal stakeholders
Review the network infrastructure, design and network performance
Manage the change requests management of the system during system warranty and maintenance phase
