Responsible for managing business-to-business (B2B) functional and operation support in the region
Deliver B2B services effectively and efficiently; aware of service management for operation and change management
Analyze B2B incidents, identify root cause and provide recommendation or resolution
Gather B2B requirement, create mapping specification and perform change request
Manage end-to-end B2B implementation life-cycle
Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree in IT / Business with at least 5 years of experience in the area of Business to Business (B2B) integration technologies, preferably WebMethods
Familiar with EDI message standards (RosettaNet, EDIFACT, ANSI X12) and other common interface file format such as JSON, CSV, IDoc, XML
Work with API in B2B area, cloud integration and good understanding between EAI and B2B
Possess knowledge in area of order processing, shipping, manufacturing, procurement and CRM in regards to B2B context. Experience in SAP/IDoc will be added advantage
Experience in project management for B2B integration project, B2B partner on boarding and operation support
Hardworking and perseverance towards problem solving, self-motivated and be able to work independently; ability to make judgement and decision
Good analytic skills and interpersonal skills
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency contract employment.
