We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to join our team for a mission-critical AML (Anti-Money Laundering) system enhancement and support role. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and unit test AML system changes and production fixes. Review and contribute to SIT and UAT test planning and execution. Collaborate with vendor teams and internal stakeholders to deliver enhancements and defect fixes. Coordinate with infrastructure and change management teams for application deployment in DevOps environments. Maintain application infrastructure in Unix, Windows, and Oracle environments. Implement system changes using Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Aldon as per change management processes. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to uplift team technical competency.

? Requirements:

5+ years' experience as a System Analyst in banking/financial services. Hands-on skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL development and optimization. Strong knowledge of Java, Javascript, and API integrations. Experience working in DevOps CI/CD environments. Familiarity with AML systems (e.g., Fircosoft, Actimize, Detica) preferred. Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments, shell scripting, and Windows servers. Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is a plus. Vendor and stakeholder management experience in large-scale projects. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
