SRE + L3 (engineering background (able to view/write Java, SQL)) Acting as glue between teams (Product, SM, Engineering teams, L2, senior management) Product: Able to provide Splunk related tools dashboard for product insights such as user onboarding, functions usages, system health etc SM: Able to push priority for major bugs/incident/technical debt to be implement while timeline is under pressure Engineering team: Able to communication initiate trouble shooting/analyse for incidents in technical terms to engineering team and explain the severity & impact L2: Acting as L3 support follow SLA to feedback to L2 for incidents, coach L2 for new functions and clarify features if needed * Senior Stakeholders: Able to work under pressure to explain technical issue with business terms, manage expectations from senior stakeholders
