Job Description

  • Implement and support IT systems related to Sales/Marketing/Leasing processes, loyalty program, digital content management and other IT initiatives * Support requirements gathering, understand Implement and support IT systems related to Sales/Marketing/Leasing processes, loyalty program, digital content management and other IT initiatives Support requirements gathering, understand business processes and objectives in proposing optimal IT solutions Support projects involving business process optimization, workflow automation, business transformation, application integration and data analytics Support research and evaluation of new technologies and solutions for different business needs Manage incident resolution escalation with team and technology vendors in accordance with SLA Conduct system training with support from vendors to respective business departments to ensure high user proficiency and productivity Job Requirement Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate, Hospitality and/or Retail industry Good interpersonal, communications, analytical and problem-solving skills Awareness of Microsoft technologies like Active Directory, Office365, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, PowerApp, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, etc Prior experience/exposure in, Application development ERP/CRM system support and implementation Sales, Marketing and/or Leasing process Loyalty program Digital content management and initiatives Project Management
