Contract duration: About 1 Year
Responsibilities:
- Support the department in policy communications, governance and portfolio management.
- Communications to stakeholders
- To be in-charge of communicating and raising awareness of IM8 policy changes through emails/newsletters to stakeholders and project teams
- To perform timely updates in IM8 policy changes and help perform researches and share IM8 briefing materials after each briefing sessions
- Compile assessments on Policy Governance.
- Help to conduct WoG surveys and information requests as well as annual system criticality assessments.
- Provide support to policy reviews and update changes
- Provide support in IM8 related audits such as assist in RFI collation and support audit field work.
- Maintain nominal roll for systems and ensure that information is updated and accurate at all times.
- Maintain and verify investment map with users.
- Update project status such as delivery schedule and AOR schedule
- Maintain and provide review of the project master list.
- Take initiative to automate daily work processes such as the use of RPA to pre-fill information requirements in checklist templates.
- Performance Management for projects.
- Provide support to the team to collate project returns
- Engage users to verify information and ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
- The candidate(s) should possess a Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent).
- Conversant with Microsoft skills and possess the ability to process huge amount of data swiftly and accurately in excel spreadsheets and able to produce good presentation slides for communications to users.
- Possess the ability to deliver quality documentation, in terms of the ability to frame discussion issues in the right context and the ability to express viewpoints using clear and concise language.
- Possess good communication and presentation skills, interpersonal
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in information technology
- Experience in managing large amount of data and able to understand and organised data in a co-ordinated way.
