Job Description

We are looking for a service-oriented System Analyst to join Motorway\xe2\x80\x99s Group. You will be responsible to provide application support to current systems\xe2\x80\x99 enhancement and new system implementation across all entities and departments. An ideal candidate will demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity when working with data and actively seek continuous improvements to stay abreast of the developments. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and upgrade current systems and identify new requirements to align with business objectives.
• Responsible for analysis, problem resolution and user support for systems application.
• Plan, execute and examine all systems applications to ensure deliverables are within the scope, budget and schedule.
• Communicate with Head of Department to determine user requirements and system\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities thereafter work with vendors to close the gap.
• Conduct regular reviews and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with IT and Developer pertaining to systems set-up, troubleshooting, etc.
• Provide training for new users and assist users with their day-to-day issues.
• Prepare and maintain documents (SOP, user manual, administrator manual, etc.).
• Keep up to date with advancements and best practices for system development.
• Familiar and able to review and recommend various Applications that are relevant to business needs.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess digital technology, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
