As a System Analyst, you will lead the project implementation and be involved in various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
You will conduct user requirement analysis for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems. Additionally, you will develop and maintain detailed system design specifications, evaluate potential solutions, and make recommendations to resolve business problems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plan, including detailed activities, resource planning, and cost estimation per project
- Establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Review project plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing projects
- Drive project to meet schedules, budget, manpower, and technical quality targets
- Document scope changes, issues, and risks that affect implementation
- Resolve issues associated with project implementation
- Conduct regular project reviews to recommend schedule changes, cost, or resource adjustments
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline
- 3-5 years of Application Development and Support experience with SQL scripting
- Proven experience working as a system Analyst
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, system design, and project management principles
- Knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data management concepts
- Familiarity with software development languages, tools, and frameworks (i.e, dotnet, java)
