Our team is focused on delivering technology to represent shares in mutual funds with tokens issued on blockchain platform(s) in a manner which permits live trading/exchange on a potentially worldwide and 24/7 basis. We support a mobile app focused on retail investors, a website focused on institutional investors and an internal admin tool for our customer support team. We have a variety of projects to enhance the current platform as well as projects to expand our reach outside the US and launch tokenized funds in Europe and Asia.What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?Solution DesignAnalyzes, designs, integrates, and implements solutions for existing applications, to include work processes, modifications, interfaces, and reportsConsults with users to streamline application work processesDesigns interfaces and features for an existing applicationParticipates in creating technical solutions to maximize efficienciesProduction SupportProvides Technical Support and service by researching, responding appropriately to, and resolving users\xe2\x80\x99 technical and data issuesWorks with the various technology teams to address technical issuesParticipates in user group or technical meetings to identify and address on-going needsRequirements AnalysisWorks with project teams to understand and clarify business requirementsUnderstands the modules and data model for an application and contributes to finalizing the business requirementsImplementationCoordinates implementation of changes to existing applicationsDocuments configuration and participates in code reviews and walkthroughsPrepares system test plans, test cases and scripts for a small-medium sized applicationPerforms system and regression testing and helps with triage and clarification of issues uncovered in user acceptance testing for the application development teamPerforms miscellaneous administrative duties as necessaryGathers information and creates reports on application related metricsWhat qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?Bachelor\'s degreeKnowledge of blockchain, tokenized funds and digital assetsMutual Fund/Financial Services Experience2 to 4 years Systems Analyst or technical project experience, preferentially on small-sized IT projectsFamiliarity with a system development lifecycle methodologyBasic experience with the system testing processStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of desktop, client/server, web, and mainframe environmentsKnowledge of technology industry standards and trends within area of expertiseKnowledge of technology platform architectureAbility to perform multiple, concurrent activities in a fast paced and multi-site, global team environmentAbility to interact with team members in a local, international and multi-site environmentAbility to maintain flexibility in a dynamic organizationAbility to represent the department and company in a professional manner at all timesDeveloping analytical, problem solving and decision-making skillsSolves routine problems of moderate scope and complexity, following established policies and proceduresAble to commit to overlapping work hours with US Eastern Time (ET) for initial training, after which as needed to support ongoing business needs#LI-APAC#ASSOCIATEExperience our welcoming culture and reach your professional and personal potential!Our culture is shaped by our diverse global workforce and strongly held core values.
