Responsibilities:

Maintaining and supporting middle to large systems, used by 300 users.
Investigation of system issues and providing resolutions.
Perform deployment of fixes, patches, etc.
Assist in upgrading existing systems as required.
Assist in gathering of requirements and providing test cases for the solutions.
Risk mitigation planning.
Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organisation.
Running training sessions and workshops on system processes.
Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
Ensure compliance of data management, access control and usage with organization data governance policy.
Training of users.
Any other adhoc duties to ensure smooth operation of systems

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in a technical discipline, with emphasis on Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in the same field.
Knowing SQL queries is a must .
Knowledgeable in Laboratory processes will be advantageous.
Great individual performer as well as contributor in a team.
Critical and Analytical thinking ability.
Strong problem solving capability.
High level written and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure.
