Job Description

• Position: System Administrator
• Industry: Construction & Engineering Solutions Provider
• 5 Days A Week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Office at City Hall, Singapore
• Basic Salary: $3500 to $4000 + Bonus

Requirements: * Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or related disciplines

• Relevant Experience as System Administrator, System Analyst or System Engineer.

Job Responsibilities: * Analyse user requirements to design and develop an in-house Accounting & Payroll System using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Manage, backup and periodically purge the system source code and databases.
• Install and test any software solution before handover to the end users.
• Provide Training and User Guide to the end users.
• Manage and administer the full suite of Microsoft Office 365, i.e.. Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint etc.
• Provide end-user training and support for the full Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Design and manage the company's website built on WordPress.
• Design and manage the company's intranet built on SharePoint site.
• Liaise with vendors for software licensing matter.
• Manage and assign software licenses to qualified users upon request.
• Prepare and document IT internal control reports for the Japan Headquarter.
• Document asset (laptop) handovers during issuance or return.
• Propose, research and procure new devices based on user requests.
• Assist and recommend telecommunication products to end users upon request.
• Manage and maintain external storage systems, such as NAS.
• Respond to IT-related surveys from internal and external sources.
• Provide ongoing support to resolve technical issues hardware and software and render ad-hoc support.
