Our KES - Singapore combustion aftermarket team is constantly looking for talent to grow to increase it\'s capability and to better serve our customers. As a Regional Customer Advisor, you will be the face of the company in front of the customer. Your disposition, knowledge and technical capability, customer interaction, soft selling ability will serve to open opportunity windows for the company. You need to embrace a strong safety culture, willingness to travel and ability to establish and develop strong relationship with the internal business units and clients. You will report to Director of Sales.

What You Will Do

• In-person sales presentations and site visits aimed at identifying profitable opportunities, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
• Qualifies opportunities as good uses of KES\'s limited application resources (validity of project, customer\'s buying history and habits, payment history of the customer, credit, project timing, funding, and scope).
• Understanding Customer\'s needs and requirements to develop best solution and then prepare technical and commercial proposal
• Designs systems using the design expertise/programs owned by KES and general engineering knowhow
• Maintains and improves technical expertise for given product line/s
• Develops and maintains a long-term profitable relationship with the customers to promote KES capabilities and identifies ways to anticipate customers\' needs
• Organizes and/or participate in customer visits, business group product promotion seminars, exhibitions
• Understanding and defining commercial constraints, such as sourcing restrictions, local content requirements, budget limits, terms & conditions, potential competitors, decision-making process.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Academic qualifications to the standard of Degree in chemical and/or process engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant industrial experience, ideally with process designs/equipment, including instrumentation, controls, rotating equipment, vessels/piping.
• Maturity, pragmatism, self-sufficiency and high team spirit are essential qualities to succeed in this fast moving, dynamic environment.
• Site visits and site surveys with geographical focus within South East Asia & Australia region.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Exposure and experience of standards desirable.
• Experience in refining, chemical and petrochemical application would be a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems is a plus.
