Job Description

Minimum 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise systems in the banking domain, with a focus on private banking and wealth management. Strong understanding of CRM and client life cycle management platforms and their integration into enterprise ecosystems. Proficiency in client and partner management, business process management, workflow automation, account opening, periodic reviews, and KYC processes. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements from MAS Singapore and HKMA Hong Kong. Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman. Proficiency in modern web technologies and enterprise platforms such as Java EE, Spring Boot, and databases like Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. Experience with integration technologies like API, file transfer, IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus, and event streaming platforms like Confluent Kafka. Domain knowledge in financial and capital markets is essential. Understanding of data policies and standards to align with business and technology goals is a plus. Experience in implementing cloud-native applications and DevOps principles.
