Job Description
We are looking for a System Controller (SYSCON) to be part of one or more teams in Management, Co-ordination, administration and maintenance troubleshooting of IT, IT Security and OEM Telecommunications systems.Responsibilities:
- Perform daily duty on system monitoring
- Perform incident management and escalate incidents to lvl 2 maintenance team
- Perform weekly EndPoint protection updates
- Perform end user administration of windows AD, RSA and 2FA token
- Perform Certificate renewal and administration for serves and end users
- Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection
- Monitoring and check on physical health status of servers and data center
- 2 years contract (Renewable and convertible)
- Novena
- Day: 9am to 9pm, Night: 9pm to 9am
- Working on weekends/public holidays (PH Allowances provided)
- Up to $3300 + Shift Allowance $250 + Site Allowance $120 + PB
- Minimum at least a Diploma in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in IT Administration (Recommended)
- Willing to learn
- Able to work 12 hours rotating shifts
- Able to multitask
- Able to work overtime will be a plus
