Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. The candidate should be able to diagnose and resolveproblems quickly. He/she should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinaryteams and users.
Candidate must be able to perform routine rotation standby technical support to customer call and travel tocustomer site during silent hour (after working hours) to resolve operation issue.
