Working closely with Line of Businesses and Business Units to meet & exceed the internal expectation in terms of reliability, compliance and availability to meet operational needs.Be Part of Our Success

• Support day-to-day infrastructure and cyber for in-house activities and management
• Monitor and administrate infrastructure services within win systems environment
• Coordinate with vendor and stakeholders for service request and incident resolutions
• Resolve technical problems from opening until closure with minimum supervision
• Regularly maintain up-to-date documentations for infrastructure activities
• Participant in maintenance window when required after office hours and weekend support when required

Qualities We Value

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT System Infrastructure
• Good working knowledge experience in implementation / maintenance of IT infrastructure
• Good communication skills, be meticulous, organized in your work and be able to work well with tight deadlines
• Skillsets in System/Network Certs, IT Security Skillsets is added advantage
