Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Experience in Radio Systems, RF Coverage Design, Bi-Directional Amplifiers
• Experience in Voice Recording Systems
• Participate in pre-sales engagement activity and assist with the formulation of sales proposals
• Responsible for Proof Of Concept (POC) to customers
• Responsible for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Responsible for managing defects during warranty period and supporting deployed system in green and/or brown field MRT projects
• Provide administrative training to customers on operation and maintenance needs
• Provide first level support to customers
• Formulate escalation action plan and follow up proactively until problem is resolve
• Create and maintain of site-specific system configuration document for post implementation support
• Liaise with principals for technical assistance on solutions and support

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics /Telecommunications Engineering or other Engineering will be considered
• Wireless Communication certification, if any Experience/Technical Skills
• Entry Levels are welcome to apply
• Experience in Public Speaking and Ability to Conduct Presentation to customers
• Experience in Telecommunication/Wireless systems
• Experience in system troubleshooting and problem isolation
• Ability to provide both hardware and software technical support and services
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Words and Excel
• Able to work in customers\' premises and travel overseas on job assignment when required
• Able to perform standby duty to attend to customers\' sites during and after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required
