Install and configure Windows operating systems on servers and PCs.
Perform basic server hardware diagnostics and upgrades.
Configure and troubleshoot network equipment, including WiFi routers and Layer 2 switches.
Resolve common end-user network connectivity issues.
Set up and maintain email clients and printers for Windows users.
Carry out basic hardware troubleshooting on desktops and laptops.
Provide prompt and professional support to internal and external users.
Maintain documentation of support tasks, issues, and resolutions.
Assist with IT setups or support outside normal hours when required.
Requirements:

Education:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a must.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Windows OS installation and support.
Understanding of server hardware components.
Basic knowledge of IP addressing and network fundamentals.
Experience with configuring WiFi routers and Layer 2 switches.
Familiar with Windows PC network settings, email, and printer configuration.
Able to perform basic PC and hardware troubleshooting.
