Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Permanent Role
- Office Location: Ubi Tech Park (Travelling required to client site)
- Growth Opportunity and Training provided
- Deploy and implement IT infrastructure projects.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on customers\' existing IT infrastructure and periodically update documentation.
- Offer technical support to end users by resolving system issues, malfunctions, or application problems.
- Travel to customer premises for demos and maintenance when required.
- A minimum of a diploma in IT or Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of experience in system integration or the IT infrastructure field.
- Solid knowledge of LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and basic design and configuration concepts.
- Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure, is a plus.
- Experience with implementing VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with Intel-based servers.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
