Job Description


The Opportunity:

  • Permanent Role
  • Office Location: Ubi Tech Park (Travelling required to client site)

The Client:Our client is a leader in IT infrastructure solutions within the digital economy, offering customers efficient and high-quality services ranging from data centers to cloud computing. Their primary clientele includes SMEs across various industries, including hospitality, F&B, retail, manufacturing, logistics, marine, oil and gas, and finance. The selected candidate can expect to gain substantial exposure and experience within the first 6-12 months.The Job:
  • Deploy and implement IT infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on customers\' existing IT infrastructure and periodically update documentation.
  • Offer technical support to end users by resolving system issues, malfunctions, or application problems.
  • Travel to customer premises for demos and maintenance when required.
The Talent:
  • A minimum of a diploma in IT or Computer Science.
  • At least 2 years of experience in system integration or the IT infrastructure field.
  • Solid knowledge of LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and basic design and configuration concepts.
  • Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure, is a plus.
  • Experience with implementing VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Familiarity with Intel-based servers.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
