- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Weekend and Public Holiday on Project basis
Salary Package: RM 2,500 ~ RM 4,500

Job Summary : A System Engineer in charge of designing, implementing and support the IT Server systems and network infrastructure for clients. Their duties include attending site surveys, study, project planning and implementation of the system and network infrastructure, troubleshooting system and network errors or other technical issues and performing periodical support maintenance work.
:
- Communicate and collaborate with multitier personnel, such as clients and vendors.
- Attending project study for system design and network infrastructure design.
- Prepare pre and post-project documentation.
- Install, configure, test and maintain system and network infrastructure.
- Provide backend support for customer IT technical issues and ensure meeting SLA.
- Perodic report submission to operation support team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Resourceful and Problem-solving Skill.
- Analytical skills.
- Organizational skills and a team player.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Telecommunications) or equivalent.
- Virtualization solution knowledge (VMware, Hyper-V).
- System backup solution knowledge (Veeam, Altaro)
- Networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, VLAN , Wireless).
- Network security knowledge (Firewall, EndPoint Security, Policy and Enforcement of Unified Threat Management).
- Professional certification will be an added advantage.
