Position title : System Engineer

Location: Ubi

Working Days: 5 Days Work Week

Working hours : Monday- Friday 9am -6pm

Salary : $8,000~$15,000 (Depends On Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Design and build high performance large scale systems, like API Gateway, Message Queue etc.
• Be part of a top-notch engineering team keeping the systems running smoothly at global scale while implementing new features, ensuring reliability, and improving performance.
• Own your code from inception to release, delivering solutions at all layers of the software stack to empower our customers.
• Expect to interact with a variety of languages and technologies including, but not limited to Typescript, Go, Rust, and C/C++.

Requirements:

• Keep up with latest related technology trends and able to self learn new technology.
• Good Linux systems knowledge.
• Strong systems level programming skills.
• Experience working with large scale projects.
• Experience working on, and deploying, large scale systems in high performance computer languages.
• Experience for debugging to ensure the system works in all cases.
• Experience optimizing complex solutions to general problems that all websites face.
• Experience with a continuous integration work flow and using source control.
• Experience with a web server / reverse proxy system (Nginx, Apache, HAProxy, Varnish).
