We are looking for an experienced System Engineer to support the implementation and maintenance of systems devices within a large organization.

Mandatory Skill(s)

• Diploma or Degree in E&E, Infocom, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering ;
• At least 2 years of experience in system implementation and support in end device (e.g. Reader);
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyse and replacement of faulty electronics parts
• Good knowledge in network and system maintenance and troubleshooting;
• Familiarize with Site Installation Approach Methodology;
• Good communication skills and customer intimacy skill;
• The ability to work independently and have a self-driven work ethic.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Able to read construction drawings include Architectural layout, Combined services drawings, Penetration requirement drawings, Electrical and Security line drawings;
• Familiarize with Industrial Code Of Practice (CP Standard & WSH (Work At Height & Safety).

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, configuration, testing, and support for system device projects works;
• Manage multiple maintenance sites and carry out PM (Central Equipment) maintenance tasks according to schedule;
• Attend to customer services when requested by clients, within response time and system turnaround time;
• Attend to client query and request and assist client in daily operation when system is unavailable;
• To carry out A&A work/ VO work for sites during maintenance cycle;
• Support Contract administration works (reports, ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenance checklist etc);
• Provide with quotation for adhoc service request / VO work not within maintenance contract (when required);
• Plan and design cable routing and equipment shop drawings as well as updating Installation Drawings for as-built production (when required);
• Able to co-ordinate site and installation issues with Consultant, User and other Contractors;
• Perform software patches/update to the system when necessary, with guidance from Senior Engineer;
• Provide regular update to client for maintenance status.
