About the Role
As a
System Engineer
, you will be a key technology partner in theDefence sector
, designing and deploying systems comprisingservers and network elements
across wide area networks (WANs).You will work closely with project teams to identify requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver fully tested, validated systems.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in
definition, design, installation, and delivery
of systems with servers and network components over WANs. Identifysystem and interface requirements
and propose effective solutions. Collaborate with theProject/System Manager
to develop system specifications. Set uptest beds
for development and integration testing. Source and coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement. Develop and executesystem validation
andsub-system integration
test cases. SupportAcceptance Testing
with customers and compiletest reports
.Requirements
Hands-on experience with
server and network configuration
(Cisco/Red Hat certifications
highly desirable). Knowledge ofhardware integration
, network protocols, and WAN deployment. Provideon-site
hardware integration and troubleshooting, including willingness to travel foroverseas assignments
