Responsibilities

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced Senior / System Engineer to design, implement and optimise enterprise system infrastructure for the deployment of high-availability solutions.

• Lead design and implementation of system infrastructure for the deployment of enterprise systems and solutions;

• Configure infrastructure components and systems;

• Lead and provide guidance to system infrastructure engineering teams;

• Work cross-functionally to architect advanced solutions;

• Conduct performance testing and tuning for systems;

• Assess system health and implement enhancements for improved performance and security;

• Configure infrastructure systems, including optimisation;

• Guide and mentor junior team members;

• Ensure documentation is properly maintained.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Systems Engineering or a relevant discipline;

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in systems engineering;

• Experience working work enterprise architecture and high availability systems;

• Experience in optimising infrastructure for high-availability systems, including hands-on experience in capacity planning, load balancing and performance tuning;

• Exposure to disaster recovery configuration and strategies;

• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with all levels;

• Strong results-orientation, discipline and personal drive;

• Ability to lead and collaborate with internal team members.
