Job Description

:

• Develop, maintain, and provide support for the technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components.
• Carry out installations, maintenance, and support for system software/hardware, both on-site and remotely.
• Configure, diagnose, and provide support for various infrastructure platforms.
• Conduct in-depth root-cause analysis to recover from service interruptions and establish preventive measures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in VMware, Storage, Hyper-V, Windows, and backup solutions.
• Excel in communication skills when acting as a liaison with vendors and other IT personnel to address issues.

Job Requirement:

• Proficiency in Microsoft, Azure, and AWS networking systems.
• Hands-on experience with previous cloud implementations.
• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
• Have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of working experience.
• Hold certifications such as Microsoft Certified Engineer (MCSE) and/or VMware certification.
• Possess experience with SAN/Hyperconverged Systems.
• Exhibit expertise in VMware, Hyper-V, and familiarity with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure.
