Job Description

• Related with Security, Surveillance, Network & Server equipment
• Salary will commensurate according to Candidates\' Work Experience & Qualifications
• Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for Senior Engineer and to lead a team of Maintenance Engineers for assigned project

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the deployed system functionalities and ensure in working condition
• Conduct & carry out job Testing and Commissioning
• Ensure periodical backup of database
• Conduct functional checks on system (server/workstation/networks) and provide patches and AV/License of application software updates
• Attend all site meetings, inspections and check on contractor\'s work quality
• Managing and co-ordinate with sub-contractors and customer on site matters, work schedule and quality of work
• Submission of Maintenance Plan proposal and resources allocation and updates maintenance document and design plans
• 24/7 standby, rotating in team

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in information system / computer engineering or a related IT / Engineering discipline

• Relevant working experience in maintenance roles, those with security system experience in Electronic Access Control & CCTV will be added advantage

• Knowledge in project execution experience

• Possess good problem solving skills, ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

• Possess some knowledge in Security /Server System / Network equipment an added advantage

• Knowledge in construction drawings and single line diagrams / AutoCad an added advantage

• Certification in IT Service Management (ITSM) an added advantage
