Job Description

• Experience with Microsoft products (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure, Azure Active Directory)
• Professional qualification in Cisco CCNP or equivalent Aruba ACSP networking certification

IT Executive provide technical support for internal stakeholders experiencing hardware, software, and networking issues. They work either on-site or remotely to assist with software installations, network failures, hardware malfunctions, and other IT related issues.

• Support staff in daily use of computer systems either locally or via remote access software (desktops, laptops, printers, network peripherals and applications).
• Support/troubleshooting and diagnosing VC systems (Microsoft Teams Room, Zoom Room, Polycom, Crestron).
• Travel to various sites in Singapore during after office hours to troubleshoot high priority issues.
• Manage IT network assets and inventory.
• Manage licenses/maintenance/Telco invoices and renewal and support in IT procurement function such as obtaining quotations, procurement system entry, etc.
• Advance network troubleshooting and ability to resolve advance network issues, such as packet drops and network latency issues.
• Basic server troubleshooting.
• Single point of contact for all network related issues and projects.
• Project manager for all network related projects, DC setups and office setups.
• Design new networks, plan and manage IP addressing and improve existing network architecture.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder in IT discipline.
• 3 years working experience as a Network Engineer
• Professional qualification in Cisco CCNP or equivalent Aruba ACSP networking certification
• Advance Aruba Wi-Fi knowledge, in ClearPass, WLC and APs.
• Advance Cloud networking knowledge in Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Microsoft products (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure, Azure Active Directory)
• Experience with Network technologies (Cisco, HPE, Aruba)
• Experience with MacOS, iOS, Android and proficient in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Sharepoint
