Collaborate closely with Sales team to identify potential customers and drive such opportunities from customer\'s request, problem statement, initial requirements towards successful deal closing.
Work closely with the customer, sales team, product vendors and service partners to prepare proposals/presentations/statement of work (SOWs) and respond to RFIs/RFPs by articulating STE value proposition against the customer defined requirements and propose winning solutions.
Perform, lead and support demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) to customers that showcase STE unique value proposition and the proposed solution\'s technical feasibility.
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales team and customers to deliver a successful business value proposition and achieve high level of customer satisfaction; Engage our clients throughout the sales lifecycle - starting from capturing the client technical and business requirements, select suitable technology stacks, recommend technical solution, scope the required project resources, scope effort estimation.
Articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit, and risk where multiple options are required to meet customer\'s requirements.
Perform other job responsibilities as and when assigned.
Requirement
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject with at least 6 years of related presales working experience in system or infra projects. Candidates with lesser years of experience may be considered for junior positions.
Self-motivated with a positive \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, creative and strong persuasive personalities.
Strong understanding and good knowledge in IT system infrastructure solutions.
Preferably to have project experience in multiple system technologies including server, storage, virtualization / cloud infrastructure, backup solutions, automation etc.
Prefer to have project experience in support multiple products and solutions such as Dell, HPE, Microsoft, Red hat, VMWare, Nutanix, AWS, Azure, GCP, HDS, Terraform or Red hat Ansible etc.
Certification in any of the above products will be an advantage.
Prefer to have project experience solutioning for government, education and healthcare companies. Similar role or experience in SI environment also preferred.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to act independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Good presentation skills, interpersonal and customer interface skills, able to socialise and engage with customers, partners, and project stakeholders.
