Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up the system for the walkthrough.
• Gather requirements.
• Create the Software Requirements Specification (SRS) and conduct a walkthrough with the client.
• Design a solution to meet the client's requirements.
• Compile a customization list and detailed design for the development team.
• Monitor the progress of development.
• Conduct testing on the prepared system.
• Create training materials.
• Deliver training sessions.
• Develop a User Guide.
• Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
• Facilitate UAT and maintain a list of UAT issues.
• Prepare a master data template.
• Upload master data into the system.
• Provide on-site support and maintain a list of go-live issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree of IT or business discipline, or background in technology environment delivering solutions or projects
• Proven project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities to effectively manage project team activities.
• Excellent problem identification, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of focusing on details to ensure project progress.
• Proficient in reporting and documentation to facilitate timely, clear, and concise communication among stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, comfortable handling urgent requests while maintaining process clarity.
• Technical skills or experience in networking/systems is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
• Required skills include Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and any ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, or TMS.
