Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate is responsible for execution of the PCS 7 software engineering tasks in focus vertical with domain know-how. Working together with experts and project management:
Able to manage his tasks according to time, quality and cost constrains.- Able to define and discuss the detailed technical scope and deliveries with the customer in a pharma environment
- Need to customize and optimize the PCS 7 solutions for customer specific requirements on site.
- Need to engineer, test and commission PCS 7 solutions for process industries plants
- Need to document functional requirements, test protocols and deliverables as per GMP requirements
- Need to be able to clearly communicate on a technical level to team members in Singapore, Europe and ASEAN
- Follow the documentation and reporting standard according to PM@Siemens
What do I need to qualify for this position?
- Successfully completed University degree with technical or scientific focus.
- Possess at least 5 years experience in automation development, herein at least 3 years in pharma / GMP environment.
- Have solid experience in SIMATIC PCS 7.
- Good English language skills both written and spoken.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and an effective team player.
