Key Responsibilities:

• Improve Production Yields, conduct failure analysis, track and improve AFR and DEFOA to meet objectives.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues at instrument and sub-assembly level.
• Design test procedures to optimize test time or troubleshooting.
• Support Evaluations of New Parts, First Article Inspection, Test Plans and Test Reports Documentation.
• Support and implement the transition of products and manufacturing processes from prototype to full production (NPI) and through the entire life cycle of the product.
• Partner with production and technical services to improve/sustain products and processes.
• Maintain compliance to quality standards through proper execution of test methods, procedures, training, qualification, etc.
• Participate in and/or lead cross functional projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor/Masters in Electronics and Electrical / Mechatronics or related engineering fields.
• 6+ years of relevant work exprience.
• Hands-on experience with electronic circuits/schematics design and troubleshooting / failure analysis.
• Knowledge in high voltage modules, digital signal processing, discrete electronics, op-amps, Control systems (PID), Mixed-signal A/Ds & D/As.
• Hands-on experiences in test equipment, such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer and oscilloscope.
• Experience in programming language will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills to lead cross-functional projects and/or interact with people at all levels.
