Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on the latest and greatest technologies in next generation product line, such as PLC controller, HMI, IO\'s and other industrial automation peripherals.
- Analyse product designs and define System test requirements/coverage against customer needs.
- Face the challenge to find system\'s weaknesses in products through systematic method and process
- Building system applications in-house to validate the product robustness and resiliency (in firmware centric) as well as System\'s performance
- Developed automations frameworks for product validations.
- Be part of the team evolutions to innovate to bring higher efficiency and better capabilities in the infrastructure and competency
- Strong work experience and hands-on with PLCs, IOs, Drives, HMI, Relays etc.
- Able to write/understand and troubleshoot the ladder programs for PLCs.
- Strong work experience with Python.
- Knowledge of communication protocols like ControlNet, DeviceNet, EtherNet, ModBus, Profibus etc.
- Basic skills to setup Industrial automation products in a lab environment
- Hands-on experience with tools like RSLogix500, RSLogix5000/Studio5000, RSView32, FTViewSE, FTViewME etc.
