What the role is:

What you will be working on:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality Salesforce applications that meet business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with stakeholders to validate business requirements and provide optimal technical solutions. Working within an agile development team to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that align with project objectives. Developing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, and custom interfaces to support business needs and enhance user experience. Integrating Salesforce with existing systems and Whole-of-Government (WoG) components/services using Salesforce APIs and following best practices. Creating and maintaining proper documentation for all development work and configurations.
What we are looking for:

• Strong background in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline. Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience, particularly with Service Cloud. Bonus to have Public Sector Solutions experience. (Omnitstudio, Business Rule Engine & etc). Certified Salesforce Platform Developer. Strong proficiency in Apex development and Visualforce page development. Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development. Expertise in 3rd party API integrations and data migration. Hands-on configuration experience in Salesforce administration setup, including managing org, users, profiles, roles, and security controls. Experience in designing custom objects, fields, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and flows. Experience with MuleSoft will be a bonus. Proven track record in successful project delivery within an agile environment. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to provide optimal solutions. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders. Self-driven and independent work ethic. Keen to share knowledge with team members. Quick to learn new skills and adapt to changing requirements.
