Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Systems Designer/Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing effective system solutions, and ensuring seamless alignment between technology and organizational objectives. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to support system development, implementation, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:



Business & System Analysis



Gather, document, and analyze business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Evaluate current systems and identify areas for improvement or optimization. Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

System Design & Documentation



Develop system architecture, process flows, data models, and user interface designs. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and design specifications. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management



Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams. Conduct design workshops, requirement validation sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide regular updates and reports to management on project progress and issues.

Implementation & Support



Support system configuration, integration, and deployment activities. Participate in system testing and resolve identified issues in a timely manner. * Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous system improvements.
