Our client is a leading retail firm looking for a Systems Engineer with expertise in Active Directory, to join their Singapore operations.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing their identity access management systems, leveraging their deep knowledge of Active DirectoryKey Responsibilities:

• Active Directory Management: Administer, manage, and optimize the Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, availability, and security.
• Identity Access Management (IAM): Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures to streamline user access and enhance security.
• System Integration: Work with various IT teams to integrate Active Directory with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Active Directory-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure Active Directory is compliant with relevant security standards and regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing necessary improvements.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the identity access management systems and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Active Directory configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Training and Mentoring: Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff on Active Directory best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Project Management: Lead and participate in projects related to Active Directory and IAM, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT with a focus on Active Directory administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, including design, implementation, and management.
• Strong understanding of identity access management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management of Active Directory tasks.
• Experience with Windows Server operating systems.
• Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements related to identity management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Okta or other identity management solutions.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, MCSE, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud-based identity management and integration with cloud services such as Azure AD.
