We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Systems Engineer.

What we seek to accomplish together:

Responsible for the analysis, definition, construction, design, testing, installation,
operations and facility management of Systems / Infrastructure according to established procedures and service levels\xe2\x80\xa2 Gather business and/or application requirements on the infrastructure to perform the infrastructure requirement analysis & design.
Plan, design, install, test and implement systems in accordance to specifications and service level. Perform system programming and configuration when applicable.

Manage systems changes through established change request process and provide status reports to the relevant parties.
Respond promptly to incident, investigate and provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive measures. Monitor effectiveness of implemented measures
Monitor and measure the performance and availability of systems proactively; implement corrective actions identified to improve performance & availability.
Monitor the agreed service level (e.g. service request, system availability), document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties
Plan and implement service continuity measures, i.e., backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery plan, to ensure continuous operation of the business.
Provide systems related technical advice to customers or project team.
Ensure the management infrastructure or IT systems adhere to established practices and methodologies eg., ISO20000, ISO14000 where applicable.
Manage budget, resource and schedule for related activities.
Use established facility management standards / best practices to ensure operation consistency across project/facility management teams.
Evaluate internal and external business environment to develop long-term strategy for the unit/organization.
Advise on technology adoption based on business and technical consideration. Propose integration strategies for the various technology components to achieve a holistic solution.
Establishes and promotes effective business operations across multiple countries and/or regions & coordinates appropriately with the broader global business.
Provide on-job-training and guidance for engineer, associate engineer, and technical specialist.
Enforce and review security access authorization.
