Main Roles and Responsibilities: Reporting to RAN manager Implementation of RAN and wireless backhaul solutions. Responsible in ensure installation and safety standards for all RAN deployment in the network. Supervise and review all installation works done by contractor to ensure good installation quality. Preparing RAN integration scripts and performing integration of wireless base stations and other RAN related equipment. Responsible to perform UE testing on pre-launch devices and new RAN equipment to verify functionality and network compatibility. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on RAN related equipment Providing technical support for fault troubleshooting, replace and return of faulty equipment Prepare test cases for UE and RAN equipment testing. Liaising with vendors to resolve technical issues that arise during testing phase. Requirements: Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering/Computer science/IT and networking or equivalent Preferred 1 - 2 years in wireless telecommunication network industry, candidate with no prior experience in the field is welcome to apply. Preferred knowledge in 5G/LTE/Wi-Fi protocol, IP networking, radio signaling, air interface, call processing technologies and network architecture specifically focused on Radio Access Network. Proficient in MS office products like Outlook, Excel & Word Good interpersonal & analytical skills Positive work attitude, independent and able to work under pressure. Collaborative mindset, strong team player to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment May be required to support ad-hoc tasks outside regular business hours on as-needed basis.
