Drive Hyperscale Growth in APAC!
Our Data Center Sales team is expanding, and we're seeking a Systems Engineer - Hyperscale to directly support the growth of our Hyperscale business in the APAC region. You'll provide essential technical assistance and be a key member of our sales team, representing our innovative solutions. This is a full-time role based in Singapore.
How You'll Help Us Connect The World:
In this role, you will be responsible for pre-sales and post-sales support, encompassing product information, installations, and quality troubleshooting. You'll empower our sellers and partners with the technical expertise they need.

• Provide Expert Application Engineering Support: Collaborate closely with sales to deliver exceptional pre-sales and post-sales application engineering support to our strategic customers. This may involve traveling to customer facilities when additional technical expertise is required.
• Develop Compelling Solution Presentations: Create and update solutions presentations for end-user customers and consultants, focusing on enhancing sales of our Hyperscale Data Center product lines through discussions of current systems technologies.
• Contribute to Technical Knowledge: Share new material with the broader technical community for wider use.
• Act as a Liaison: Serve as the bridge between Hyperscale customers and our product line management and engineering teams, forwarding customer technical requests and coordinating communication and follow-up with customers and the sales team.
• Drive Product Development: Work closely with engineering and product line management to design and develop new Data Center products, with a particular focus on application support.
• Ensure Quality and Compliance: Develop on-site warranty certification, inspection, and test documentation to ensure adherence to our installation guidelines.
• Empower Partners and Customers: Provide training to installation partners and end-users on our products and installation procedures.
• Enhance Product Literature & Support Marketing: Contribute to the maintenance of our Data Center, Cloud and AI Solutions product literature. Support sales and marketing with media activities, including writing articles, assisting with advertising, or preparing technical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience with structured cabling, design, and installation in mid to large Data Centers.
• Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent job experience.
• Working knowledge of Data Center functional areas (MDA, HDA, EDA, ZDA, EF) and familiarity with data center industry trends.
• Strong knowledge of optical fiber media and technologies, including installation and testing requirements
• Current understanding of Data Center applications and systems and their physical media requirements and architecture.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a wide range of customer and internal stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• BICSI RCDD, BICSI DCDC or other Data Center design certifications a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with local structured cabling standards (e.g., ANSI/TIA 568, ISO 11801, ANSI/TIA-942-A).
