Role Overview:

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support infrastructure deployments and operational systems support across both Acclivis-hosted environments and customer sites. You will work across Windows, Linux (RHEL), VMware, and Hyper-V platforms -- performing setup, patching, and troubleshooting tasks in a lean and dynamic engineering team.





This is a hands-on, field-capable role suited for professionals with experience in both project delivery and managed infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and configure systems during infrastructure rollout or onboarding projects Perform OS patching, backup setup, capacity checks, and DR readiness Support L2/L3 operational issues on Windows Server, RHEL, and VMware platforms Respond to incident escalations and document root cause analysis Visit customer sites when required for deployments or issue resolution

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline Industry certifications such as MCSA, VMware VCP, or RHCSA are preferred experience 4-7 years of systems administration and infrastructure support experienc

Proficient with:

Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) VMware vSphere / ESXi Familiarity with IBM AIX, backup (Veeam/Zerto), and monitoring tools is a plus Strong problem-solving, documentation, and customer-facing communication skills * Able to travel for onsite work and respond to live operational needs
