Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Management of corporate hardware.
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, testing and maintaining operating systems, corporate application software and system management tools
- Ensure backup and recovery of digital assets.
- IT inventory asset management.
- Corporate software licenses update and renewal.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Knowledge of Cloud Technology.
- Experience in handling company\'s accounts on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Able to handle Third Party Vendor Purchases & Support, RMA, & Warranty processes.
