Job Description

:-

• Perform installation and maintenance of equipment.
• Configure and upgrade hardware, firmware and software for the centre.
• Prepare and set up the centre according to the testing requirements.
• Provide operation and support for equipment. Diagnose hardware and software problems, and arrange for defective components to be replaced.
• Setup of simulated networks for training including the setup of networks, operating systems, databases, application servers and cyber monitoring systems and 'scenarios' for training
• Develop, test and implement custom scripts to enhance range operations.
• Coordinate and follow-up with vendors, system administrators and project teams to resolve issues in the environments.
• Troubleshoot and manage end-to-end availability, capacity, change, configuration, incident and problem management of range system.
• Perform documentation for system design and development implementation and support works performed.
• Assist the senior engineer in carrying out daily tasks such as deploying laptops for exercises.
• Assist users in preparing for cyber exercises, setup OS windows log in etc...
• Need to take on routine O&S functions , basic system health checks on servers and storage.
• Doing system backups, check server status and configure IPs and VLANs for training. Doing OS patching.

Job Requirements:-

• Minimally need to have CCNA or networking equivalent qualification.
• Have basic understanding of virtualization such as VMs
• Have basic understanding on cybersecurity technologies, firewalls, antivirus etc..
• Singaporeans who have completed national service

Work Location: Candidate shall be working at customer's site, which is an army camp located in Choa Chu Kang.
