• 1st level technical support to internal users.

• Liaise with Staff, Clients and Vendors for troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving problems.

• Monitor, manage, maintain and support all end user installed technology networks, systems and infrastructure.

• Sourcing, quoting, installation, configuration and deployment of IT software systems and devices.

• Assistance with project delivery.

Required qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Bachelor or College degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines.

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

• Must have a positive working attitude.

• Good analytical, problem-solving and escalation skills.

• Highly self-motivated, proactive, productive and able to work under pressure and deliver on target.

• Inquisitive and have the eagerness to learn to become self-sufficient.

• Highly flexible and able to rapidly adapt to change and highly dynamic environments.

• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule (afternoon, night and weekend shifts).

• Basic technical knowledge and experience using the following:

o Any Service Desk system (knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus).o Remote Support tools for problem determination and resolution.o Remote troubleshooting of PC, laptop hardware (including peripherals) and repair of desktop operating system and other standard desktop software and tools.o PC hardware, software and SOE (standard operating environment) implementation.o Backup systems and restoration procedures of Desktop PC environment.o Configuring client LAN network and internet connection.o Knowledge in Windows Server Management (i.e., Active Directory/DNS)o Knowledge in Hybrid/Virtualized environments (i.e., MS Hyper-V, VMWare)o Knowledge in Firewall Devices and Administration (e.g., FortiGate UTM, Cisco ISR)o Knowledge in PowerShell/VBA scripts.o Knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, IP Subnetting, etc.)

• Intermediate to advanced technical knowledge and experience using the following:

o PC operating systems (MS Windows-based) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Suite, Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat Reader, etc.).o Enterprise security solutions (e.g., Symantec Endpoint Security, Microsoft Defender, Malwarebytes, etc.).o Cloud Infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, etc.).o Multi-Factor Authenticationo VPN ConnectionThis position is for an immediate start. Only those with solid 3+ years' experience in a Service Desk technical support role should apply.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
