Project


Plan, design and propose solutions for Clients. Review and provide advice on system design and diagrams. Execute the deployment and implementation of security systems projects. Carry out the termination, testing and commissioning of security products. Supervise and ensure smooth installation of security systems and software. Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to service level agreements and timelines and service standards. Conduct onsite and offsite system testing. Drafting of technical documentations.
Service


Analyse and troubleshoot equipment failures to determine cause and recommend/take corrective actions. Plan and complete assigned service order timely and in accordance to client's specification and the company's standards. Attend and carry out rectification works at site. Attend to urgent service requests which may be outside usual business hours. Provide technical and operational support for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Team player that is able to work under tight schedules and pressure. Proactive and a willingness to learn attitude. Keen and curious about new technologies. Proven working experience in managing projects in security systems and building management systems at enterprise level. Hands-on technical exposure to security access control system, CCTV, alarm system products and building management systems. * Knowledge in networking, database and security hardware is a strong advantage.
