Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site configuration and troubleshooting of Perimeter Surveillance Systems, including CCTV and FIDS.
• Interpret and utilize technical documentation, manuals, and as-built system drawings.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining effective communication with team members, partners, and clients.
• Demonstrate proficiency in electrical power systems and power cabling for on-site installations.
• Conduct routine network maintenance and system upgrades, including patches, service packs, and security configurations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation and system diagrams.
• Support maintenance planning and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Execute other technical tasks as required to support system operations.
• Collaborate with the team to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times.
• Work with partners to diagnose, resolve technical issues, and support both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Assist the maintenance team in ensuring system availability and reliability in line with customer expectations.
• Possess knowledge of construction site safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standard

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical / Electronic, Information Systems or equivalent discipline
• 3 years of relevant experience in security surveillance hardware and software administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
