This role is to assist Asia BackOffice IT team to support the AD migration project and establish the standard hardening/operational process
Mains tasks and responsibilities :
Provide technical support and expertise in the management of AD, DNS, and DHCP services within Asia BO IT infrastructure.
Plan, execute, and manage migration projects related to AD, DNS, and DHCP, ensuring minimal disruption to BAU services.
Collaborate with Asia BO IT team members to assess current infrastructure and identify improvement opportunities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AD, DNS, and DHCP, providing effective solutions and recommendations.
Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring all processes are well-documented and compliant with industry standards.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in managing AD, DNS, and DHCP services.
Remark regarding the positions
:
Proven experience in managing AD, DNS, and DHCP in a enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of migration methodologies and project management principles.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with security protocols and best practices within IT environments.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
