of (Senior) Systems Engineer\xc2\x95 We would like to get on board a Telecommunication engineer (or similar) to work inside of therailway communication infrastructure area, to develop and deploy communication transportsolutions (fixed and radio) for large international railway projects. Main tasks to be performed bythe COMMS engineer:o Analysis of project requirements and propose the solutions accordingly.o Development of system technical specifications.o Development of system architectures and integration with 3rd parties\' systems.o Technical interface with customers and other contractors.o Realization of testing and commissioning works onsite.o Network troubleshooting for wired and wireless systems both.o Technical support to systems once into operation after commissioning.o Onsite testing and commissioning.Job Requirements\xc2\x95 Tertiary qualification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering\xc2\x95 Minimum 2 years experience working on various communication systems technologies such asfibre-optic transmissions, digital trunked radio, public address and telephony, CCTV surveillance,access management and travel information systems preferred.\xc2\x95 Experience in implementing railway-related projects for LTA will be an added advantage.\xc2\x95 Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.\xc2\x95 Experience in writing technical proposals and presentations.\xc2\x95 Willing to work outside of prime office hours as required.\xc2\x95 Self-motivated and Service oriented.\xc2\x95 Able to work independently with minimum guidance.Specialisation DescriptionGeneral IT Infrastructure Systems Administration work focuses on installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems software and hardware for multi-user server computers and/or personal computing devices including:

• Meeting end user needs by ensuring the uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of the computers managed within established budgets and operational guidelines
• Acquiring, installing, and upgrading computer components and software and planning for/responding to service outages and other problems
• Automating routine tasks using scripting and writing basic computer programs to address more complex systems software configuration and enhancement
