Responsibilities:

Responsible for corrective/preventive of system installed.
Involve in site servicing and fault rectification activities, coordination and supervision works.
Prepare Incident Report, UAT documents, etc.
Support the team to meet customer Service Level Agreement.
Support ad-hoc Service Requests
Good working attitude & able to communicate with peer & supervisor.
Willingness to learn & take on role & responsibility assigned.
Handle customer and work under pressure
Selected candidate is expected to work on Saturdays at least once a month and perform on-call standby duty
On-the job training would be provided.
